Shana Bearden

A lot of people mention how beautiful and sweet Shana is but there is a lot that many people may not know about her. She was Miss Arlington (try to guess what year!) and before that she was Miss Bauder College, a private college here in Arlington. She was a model at the State Fair of Texas women’s building and Auto Show several years as well as a model for several businesses. Some of her photographs still hang in some local photographer studios. She was a modeling teacher at Bauder College for several years and worked as a designer for Monnigs department stores. She worked at Al’s formal wear in downtown Ft. Worth for a short time before she started having kids. She has been to four presidential inaugerations and thrown a few good partys in her day. For a while she worked for a party planner who did major events in the area and she loved that job but was unable to continue when things got too busy. She has been in “Click” the FW Star-Telegram photo page at least 20 times and the Dallas Morning News equivalent several times. She was a girl scout leader and assistant leader and helped all four of her kids earn the highest award in scouting-Eagle for Boys and Gold for Girls. She reads to
Chrissy’s kindergarten class weekly and works more or less full time. More later
