Dad and Brad are okay
Dad contacted Wes early this morning and informed him of the earthquake that hit around 3 am. They are alright, but we are of course concerned. Thankfully, the guys have direct connect phones, so we will be able to talk to them as needed. They are in a newer high-rise that was built to withstand an earthquake, so that is good. Please pray for them, as we are very concerned about aftershocks and a tsunami. The airport was damaged and will be closed for at least the next 24 hours, so we do not know how long they will be there before they can get home. We will post as we have information.

It was horrible to awake and hear of the earthquake in Chili…..Right away our thoughts went to Jim and Brad and for their safety…..Thank you for your posting informing everyone of their situation…..

It was horribel to awake and hear of the earthquake in Chili….Right away our thoughts went to Jim and Brad adn for their safety….Thank you for your posting, informing everyone of their situation…..I KNOW THAT SHANA IS THEIR GUARDIAN ANGEL ON THIS WORLD TOUR OF THEIRS. I feel guilty, while Jim and Brad and others in the Chili earthquake were running around in fear for their live, and others sitting in the darkness while without electricity due to the winter storm on the east coast, and people in Haiti still wondering what is going to be next for them cause of the devastating earthquake they lived thru just months earlier, Jamie and I and a group of our friends went to the American Airlines Center in Dallas and had hearts lifted by listening to various Christian Artist singing praise songs and hearing some heartwarming messages. This is just one more sign to let us know that we need to live each day as it is our last and live it in Glory to God……I know if we had the chance to ever talk with someone who has gone before us and living in Heaven they would emphasize that….
Please let us use this time again to tell everyone in our family that we love you and also everyone else who reads this blog……
Please keep us posted as we will be keeping Jim and Brad in our prayers and hoping they make it home safely….soon.

You want fries with that shake? Glad to hear you all are OK and good luck with what is going on down there. Not quite the finale you were looking for but I’m sure you two will handle it just fine. Our prayers are with you for a safe return and for the people of Chile.
